The Environmental Health Technician collects, assesses, segregates, and transports hazardous materials and waste from university generators to the universities Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF). Perform the day-to-day operations of the TSDF. Assist the Environmental Programs and Facility Coordinator in ensuring compliance with applicable EPA federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to RCRA, Title V Air Permit, Brownfield Properties, and MSD Stormwater requirements. Act as an emergency responder for hazardous materials emergencies at the University.
