Environmental, Health, & Safety Specialist

We are seeking an EHS Specialist to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across our operations. This role partners with leadership and field teams to identify risks, support safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices. Why RelaDyne? Requirements
- 2+ years of EHS or related experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data, write reports, and present to teams
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Support and implement safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions
- Partner with operations to identify and reduce workplace risks
- Assist with environmental compliance (EPA, stormwater, SPCC, etc.)
- Deliver safety training and track completion of required programs
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting
- Lead or assist with safety meetings and ongoing safety initiatives
