Our Amesbury, MA location is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Intern. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Requirements
- Basic Environmental Health & Safety knowledge or experience preferred.
- Functions independently and is self-motivated.
- Works with minimum guidance and direction to accomplish departmental goals.
- Works well with others and is able to work collaboratively with teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, preferably advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sitewide chemical inventory.
- Overhaul the Safety Data Sheet system.
- Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring for dusts, chemicals, and noise.
- Conduct noise map.
- Input EHS training records into Learning Management System.
