About The Position

Direct Hire Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure environmental compliance for one of our valued clients. This is a direct hire position. This role is critical in creating a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible work environment through proactive training, inspections, risk assessment, and program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field preferred
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and observation skills
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence a culture of safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, including: Hazardous waste management Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Accident and incident investigation
• Conduct safety and environmental training programs for employees
• Perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments
• Lead risk management and corrective action initiatives
• Develop and maintain emergency response and preparedness plans
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Promote environmental stewardship and continuous safety improvement
