About The Position

This position provides full-time EHS oversight for an active manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing site-level safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting audits and inspections, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on safety leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work independently while partnering with site leadership to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• OSHA 511 required
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS best practices
• Experience managing site-level safety programs independently
• Ability to work independently in an active manufacturing environment
• Strong documentation, reporting, and audit capabilities
• Effective communication with site leadership and workforce
• Proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in OSHA regulatory compliance, manufacturing safety programs, hazard analysis, incident investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives within industrial environments.
