About The Position

EHS Training Manager $7,500.00 per month 1 Full-Time Position Mesquite, Texas or San Antonio, Texas The Role at a Glance The Agency Training Manager, under direction of the EHS/OSHA Program Director, coordinates training schedules and deliveries, works with the point of contact at host agencies, approves travel of instructors, and markets/sells training and technical assistance. This position is also responsible for recruiting instructors and monitoring performance. In conjunction with the curriculum staff, this position manages the curriculum development process within assigned area. This position reports to the EHS/OSHA Program Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Five years of Management experience.
• Five years of Training experience.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Equivalency: Will consider an associate’s degree in a related field and seven years of Management and Training experience or a High School Diploma/GED with nine years of Management and Training experience.
