In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees while complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental health and safety, with the ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective safety programs. Your expertise will help us identify potential hazards, facilitate training sessions, and conduct assessments to ensure that all safety protocols are followed. You will work closely with various departments, as well as the Japan partners to promote a culture of safety and compliance across the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing incident reports to proactively prevent future occurrences and improve overall safety measures.
