Requirements

Experience managing environmental compliance in a consulting or manufacturing setting.
An effective communicator with the ability to communicate compliance obligations to factory leadership and hourly workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience creating and/or updating environmental plans, permits and standard operating procedures.
Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
Experience working with environmental management systems and ISO 14001:2015 certification.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and process support to Drivetrain Operations to maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
Directly responsible for the environmental compliance programs for the facility (Water, Waste, and Spill Response).
Collect, analyze, and report environmental data related to compliance and sustainability for the facility.
Directly responsible for the facility ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements.
Respond and mitigate emergency situations at the facility inside or outside of normal business hours
