ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT (37021007) Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program Division of Water Restoration Assistance The Division of Water Restoration Assistance is seeking an Environmental Consultant for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program. This position will be involved with implementing the State Revolving Fund Loan Program authorized under Title VI of the Clean Water Act, Section 1452 of the Safe Drinking Water Act, Chapter 403.1835, F.S., Chapter 403.8532, F.S., and the Small Community Wastewater Construction Grants program authorized under Chapter 403.1838, F.S. This position will primarily provide technical review and approval of asset management plans, facilities plans, plans & specifications, and construction oversight. The incumbent will be required to work 40-hour work weeks, Monday through Friday, and be present for work between the core hours of 9AM – 3PM on site at your workstation. The advanced environmental position involves project management work and providing support for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund project managers to assure compliance with Title VI of the Clean Water Act, Section 1452 of the Safe Drinking Water Act, Chapter 403.1835, F.S., Chapter 403.8532 F.S., and the Small Community Wastewater Grants program authorized under Chapter 403.1835 F.S. This is advanced-level work where the employee performs and is responsible for the completion of clean water project management tasks under very limited supervision. The work requires applying a scientific understanding to analyze problems of a specialized nature in a wide range of applications.
