HB NEXT is actively seeking a part-time Environmental Consultant / NPDES Inspector based in Port St Lucie/Vero Beach area to support our expanding operations in the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors, values flexibility, and is passionate about environmental compliance in the construction industry. Requirements

National or Florida Erosion Certification (or equivalent),or the ability to obtain within 60 days (training available through HB NEXT)
Prior construction or field inspection experience highly preferred
Reliable personal transportation
Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset

Responsibilities

Conduct stormwater and NPDES inspections on construction sites
Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Document findings and provide recommendations using HB NEXT’s proprietary software
Travel to various job sites across the region
