We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Safety team as a Environmental, Health & Safety Intern. As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern, you will be exposed to hands-on safety and compliance initiatives that support a safe and healthy work environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in industrial hygiene, safety training development, and EHS program support while contributing to initiatives that help ensure regulatory compliance and employee well-being. In this role, you will assist with annual industrial hygiene testing—including audiometric testing and air and noise sampling—support updates to employee safety training modules using Articulate and contribute to various EHS support activities such as researching third-party SDS management solutions and maintaining safety documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Academic Year: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
  • Area of Study: Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering
  • Software Experience: MS Office, Articulate and SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual industrial hygiene testing, including audiometric testing and air and noise sampling
  • Support efforts to ensure work areas remain within regulatory permissible exposure limits
  • Update and refresh employee safety training content using Articulate
  • Research and evaluate third-party SDS delivery and management providers
  • Assist with scanning, organizing, and archiving injury and safety-related records
  • Provide general EHS program support and assist with additional duties as assigned
