ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Reviews invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation for conformance in accordance with Customs regulations and corporate policies. Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system. Obtains necessary, or missing, documentation by calling client when required. Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance. Prepares and submits Customs Declarations/Entries to US Customs. Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required. Create and submit entry data reports to management and clients. Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.
