Tool Stipend (Twice a Year): Grow your personal kit with regular company-paid additions. Company-Provided Uniforms: Professional, comfortable, and cleaned for you. Boot Allowance: Stay safe and supported on the shop floor. Prescription Safety Glasses Allowance: We cover the cost so you can work safely and clearly. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) Overtime available Full-time, steady hours Clear path to grow into mid-level and advanced trailer technician roles What You’ll Learn & Do You’ll work side-by-side with experienced trailer technicians who will train you in: Basic trailer maintenance and inspections Brake adjustments and component replacement Lighting and basic electrical repairs Landing gear service Door, hinge, and panel repairs Tire work and wheel-end basics Safe shop practices Proper use of tools and equipment If you’re willing to learn, we’re ready to invest in you.
