About The Position

We are looking for hands-on, entry-level Technicians to join our team as team as Line Setters . In this role, you’ll learn and become responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: The Production Line Setter is responsible for supporting the department through a variety of tasks, including: Set up and adjust filling, labeling, and packing equipment according to product specifications. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs during production runs. Assist with line changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate configuration. Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is running smoothly and safely. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations. Document setup parameters and maintenance activities as required. Training will be provided to perform required duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Spanish.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training or experience in a production or mechanical role preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow setup instructions, diagrams, or SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent issues.
