About The Position

Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company has a long tradition of aerospace leadership and innovation, and Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist at our Mesa, AZ location. Position Responsibilities: Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services. Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies. Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand. Assists in performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance. Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

Requirements

  • 0 – 1 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management.
