About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialists (Entry-Level, or Associate) to join our team in Ridley Park, PA. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, and Associate Level Supply Chain Specialists. Position Responsibilities: Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues Collaborates with buyers, shop focals, etc. for updates on supply source status. Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery Monitors GRIEF system, PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks Looks up and identifies export information for shippers Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team – i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)
  • Experience do you have analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers

Responsibilities
