Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
  • 0-3 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Korean and English (written and spoken).
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
  • Assist in the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyses to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct research and provide data for monthly performance reports and special projects.
  • Assist in preparing tax filings and external reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with overseas and remote branches to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
