About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Tool Coordinator to assist at our Jacksonville, Florida location. Position Responsibilities: Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. Monitors work in process. Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability. Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under general supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Production Control/Materials Management
• Physical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts
• 1+ years of experience with warehouse or logistics operations
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
• To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
• “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of Tool Control experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Manufacturing or Quality
• Experience working in Cribmaster, Andon, and BESSY
• Experience using lean manufacturing principles
