The corporate office is in Sparks, Maryland along with regional operations in Hunt Valley, MD, Coatesville, PA and Charlotte, NC. Our Sales and Service footprint spans the Mid-West and East Coast. This entry level position will be traveling daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs to customer core product lines of cash handing products, ATMs & ITMs, conventional bank equipment and electronic security equipment ensuring minimal downtime of equipment. The incumbent in this role will job shadow more senior level positions, to train on servicing equipment on the Company’s core products. They may interact daily with customers or their designated contacts to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and may collect information on equipment requiring escalation to a senior technician for review.
