Requirements

• Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision
• Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
• Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers’ requests within a given day and prioritize those requests
• Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Hands-on problem solving experience
• Capability to work in all weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license
• May not be colorblind
• Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease
• Able to work mostly M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Additional hours may be required to complete a task
• No experience necessary, but past experience in customer service industry preferred
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check

Responsibilities

• Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair and distribute marketing literature explaining service
• Inspect areas for improvement and receive approval for restoration projects
• Greatly improve appearance on all leather and vinyl surfaces
• Prepare invoices for all service orders
• Investigate and solve customer dilemmas

• Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program
• One to two week CCI certified technical training in Mokena, IL
• A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential
