Entry-Level Service Lane / Detail Team Position Hawkins Automotive Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour Looking to start your career without starting in a classroom? We may have just the spot for you. Hawkins Automotive is looking for an entry-level team member to join our service lane . This is a great opportunity for a recent high school graduate who is not planning on college right now and is ready to get to work, learn new skills, and become part of a strong team. To be upfront, this is not a full-time heavy detailing job . Yes, you’ll help keep vehicles cleaned up and looking sharp, but only a small part of the role involves detailing right away. The bigger opportunity is getting started in the service lane , helping things run smoothly, learning the business, and building a future in the automotive world. What we’re looking for: A valid driver’s license is required Someone who is presentable and professional around customers Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who doesn’t mind staying busy and jumping in where needed What you’ll be doing: Assisting with light vehicle clean-up and touch-up work as needed Helping keep the service lane moving smoothly Moving vehicles safely and responsibly Helping keep the lot and work areas organized Supporting the service team however needed Why this is a great opportunity: This is a chance to get your foot in the door with a dealership team and start learning the business from the ground up.
