What You’ll Do You don’t need prior experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Your day-to-day will include: Greeting customers and getting them excited about working with us Helping schedule service appointments (super easy—we’ll train you!) Creating repair orders, quotes, and invoices Keeping customers updated with friendly, clear communication Logging customer concerns for our tech team Learning how to recommend helpful service work, accessories, and upgrades Making sure the service department runs smoothly and on time Who You Are We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and great vibes every day. You’ll be a great fit if you: Enjoy meeting new people and helping them out Communicate well on the phone and in person Stay organized—even when things get busy Are excited to learn something new every day Love motorcycles, ATVs, or anything with an engine (big bonus!) Thrive in a fastpaced, teamdriven environment No Experience? No Problem! If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, or anything where you talk to people—great! If not—also great!
