Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• High energy, strong attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality (restaurant), or other customer-facing sales roles preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and solutions
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate features (valid driver's license required)
• Follow up with prospects/customers to generate leads and close sales
• Prepare accurate quotes; return emails/voicemails; assist with credit apps and transaction paperwork
• Use CRM to track interactions and manage follow-ups
• Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer arrival and deliver a thorough delivery presentation (features, warranty, paperwork)
