What You’ll Do: Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail setting, providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions. Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best products and services. Stay informed about promotions, services, and industry trends to effectively drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to create an inviting retail atmosphere. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Participate in team meetings and sales trainings to develop your skills and advance within the company. Collaborate with team members and management to exceed sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
