About The Position

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to join their Canandaigua, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Education/coursework in HVAC preferred
OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns
Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
