About The Position
LHi Group is a leading employee-owned recruitment firm operating across North America, the UK, and Europe. We specialize in four non-competing niche markets: Technology (Lawrence Harvey), Life Sciences (SciPro), Built Environment (Harper Harrison), and Renewable Energy (Piper Maddox). As we continue to expand, we’re looking to hire motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in New York City. Our goal is to hire ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about sales, recruitment, and personal development. No experience in recruitment? No problem! We provide a comprehensive 12-week training program that includes hands-on exposure to sales and recruitment cycles.

Responsibilities
- Matchmaking: Serve as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies within a niche market.
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume lead generation through cold calls, emails, networking, and more to connect with candidates and clients.
- Sales Performance: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets to achieve revenue goals and support business growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Facilitate contract discussions, salary negotiations, and consult with candidates and clients on market trends.
- Relationship Development: Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Market Expertise: Develop into a market specialist by researching industry trends, mapping competitors, and strategically expanding your network.
- Consultative Role: Guide both clients and candidates throughout the interview process, managing expectations and providing feedback.
