We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our production process, from pre-production through post-production.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong interest in film and television production methodologies and processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Proficient in using computers, office software (such as MS Office), and video editing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and materials.
Support the production team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and communication.
Help with the organization and maintenance of production gear and supplies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production processes.
Participate in production meetings and take notes for distribution to the team.
Assist in managing on-set logistics, including catering and accommodations for crew.
