Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus
• Strong interest in the production industry and a desire to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setup of equipment for production shoots
• Support the production team with daily operations and logistical tasks
• Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment
• Help manage schedules and assist in coordinating production activities
• Participate in meetings and take notes on production progress
• Gather and organize production paperwork and documentation
