What You'll Do as an Entry Level Quality Control Technician As an Entry-Level Quality Control Technician, you'll support our experienced technicians by taking on tasks that help keep projects running smoothly. You won't be expected to arrive with advanced skills - just reliability, enthusiasm, and the willingness to learn. Over time, you'll gain hands-on training and industry knowledge that can set you up for long-term success.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn - no previous industry experience needed
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Willingness to take direction and ask questions when needed
• Dependability and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with day-to-day tasks and project preparation
• Learn and follow basic measurement and installation procedures
• Use a tape measure accurately and confidently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support the team by handling tasks that help reduce workload on senior technicians
• Follow safety and quality guidelines with strong attention to detail
