About The Position
Exciting Entry-Level Opportunity in Pest Control! No experience? No problem! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Service Technicians providing pest control services in the Greater Baltimore area. Don't worry if you're new to the field – all training is provided and fully paid! Why Choose Us: Above-Average Pay: Starting at $18 an hour (up to $25 with previous experience). Overtime Opportunities: Eligible for approximately 200+ hours of overtime per year. Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays during warmer months (never any Saturdays!). Company Vehicle: Provided for travel between customer locations / take home vehicle after 1 year. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills!
- Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures.
- Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points.
- Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc.
- Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems.
- Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work.
- Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments.
- Driving between customer locations in Baltimore and Carroll County.
- Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops.
