About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to join the Fighters IPT Scheduling team in Berkeley, MO reporting to the Fighters IPT IP&S manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities: Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
• Experience using Microsoft Project
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
• Experience using Open Plan Professional
• Experience using Milestone Professional
