About The Position
Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Metal Fabrication / HVAC Warehouse Associate. The Metal Fabrication / HVAC Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting HVAC operations through light-to-medium metal fabrication, warehouse duties, and material handling. This role involves fabricating HVAC ductwork and related metal components, staging and preparing materials for field crews, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and assisting with loading, and inventory control. The position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with fabricated parts, supplies, and equipment
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized fabrication and warehouse work areas
- Support inventory tracking and notify supervisors of low stock or damaged materials
- Perform basic warehouse duties including pulling orders, organizing inventory, and shop cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop policies
- Other duties as assigned
