About The Position

Entry-Level Mechanic to support shop operations. This role focuses primarily on maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, assisting senior mechanics with preventative maintenance and repairs, and supporting daily workflow.
This is a developmental position ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience or recent trade/technical school graduates. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and coachable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a hands-on oilfield environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience, recent trade/technical school graduates
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with oilfield equipment, safety practices, and documentation
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Operations
• Maintaining Shop cleanliness and organization
• Assisting Senior Mechanics with preventative maintenance and repairs
• Supports the department with daily workflow
• knowledge of diesel engines (Cat, Detroit, Allison, Cummins)
• Assist with maintenance on trucks, trailers, hydraulic systems, and emissions systems (DEF/DPF/Tier 4)
• Familiar with diagnostic software: SIS, INSIGHT, Allison
• Operate forklifts and telehandlers
