About The Position

We are expanding our event-based marketing and community outreach team in the Fresno/Clovis area and are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join us immediately. This role supports nonprofit organizations and socially responsible companies through face-to-face outreach, live events, and public engagement campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals entering the workforce who want meaningful work, professional development, and long-term growth—no prior experience required. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will help execute in-person marketing and awareness campaigns at events, pop-ups, and community locations. This is a public-facing role for individuals who enjoy communication, teamwork, and making a positive impact.

Requirements

Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
Enjoy interacting with people in public settings
Communicate clearly and are open to feedback

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven organizations at community events and outreach sites
Engage with community members to share information about causes, programs, and initiatives
Support supporter engagement, sign-ups, and awareness-building efforts

Track daily activity and campaign results using simple reporting tools
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development sessions
