About The Position

We’re looking for a creator-first Digital Marketing Content Creator to build Knowt’s IB-focused presence on TikTok and Instagram from the ground up. While Knowt already has a strong social footprint among AP students (@getknowt), this role is about recreating that success for IB students worldwide—in a way that feels authentic, relatable, and truly student-first. You’ll play a hands-on role in defining Knowt’s voice for IB students—experimenting with formats, establishing content pillars, and helping shape the creative direction for a brand that’s growing fast in the IB space. This role is ideal for recent grads (within 3–4 years) who completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme and are excited to help scale a product that supports IB students through one of the most demanding academic programs in the world. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or creator-style content production
  • Hands-on video production skills (editing, scripting, social formats)
  • Completed a minimum of three IB courses
  • Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, formats, and culture
  • Creative, trend-aware storyteller with strong instincts for engagement
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

  • Completed the IB Diploma Programme and genuinely understand IB student culture
  • Are excited to build a social presence from zero and define the creative direction for IB content
  • Love short-form video and understand what works on TikTok & Instagram
  • Think independently and enjoy experimenting, testing, and shipping ideas quickly

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute short-form video content for Knowt’s IB brand channels on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
  • Own content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, posting, and iterating
  • Spot real-time trends and adapt them into content that resonates with IB students
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to highlight features, community stories, and student wins relevant to IB
  • Engage directly with the IB community through comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategy based on what’s working
