Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing teams at live events, fundraisers, and marketing activations
• Support event logistics, setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Supervise and mentor entry-level staff to ensure consistent performance and messaging
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events while maintaining brand standards
• Provide administrative support and cross-team communication
