About The Position

We’re hiring immediately for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our fast-growing event marketing team as an Entry Level Management Trainee. What You’ll Do
As a Management Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting live marketing events, brand activations, and communications campaigns. This role is perfect for ambitious candidates who want to grow into leadership positions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized clients and communicate brand messaging confidently
• Engage with event attendees to drive awareness and interest
• Collect feedback and help report results from campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to meet event goals and daily performance targets
• Learn the skills needed to advance into marketing and management roles
