Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will rotate through core areas of event marketing, brand promotions, campaign support, and team leadership. Working closely with experienced managers, you’ll learn to:
Execute marketing campaigns and live events
Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback
Build skills for long-term management and leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Support live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Represent client brands with professional, consistent messaging
• Assist with event logistics, setup, and breakdown
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data and attendee feedback
• Ensure brand consistency across events and marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to test strategies and share insights
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and cross-team communication
