About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you will help implement client brand strategies through in-store promotional events, educating consumers about products, and supporting brand development initiatives. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in marketing, event management, and leadership.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in marketing events, retail promotions, sales, or campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on with strong service orientation

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator for scheduling, booking, and managing events
• Act as liaison between client and consumer, maintaining strong relationships
• Execute marketing strategies, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
• Generate leads and book appointments with key decision-makers
• Conduct market research and contribute to business development initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service for client employees and event attendees
• Plan and run events at various venues, ensuring smooth operations
