As a Entry Level Maintenance Technician, you will : Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Performs general Grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment. Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas. Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed. BRING US YOUR BEST. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and/or maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of Grounds keeping and maintenance operations.
Great customer service skills are a must.
Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
