Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across residential or commercial properties.

• Perform general upkeep such as painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Report maintenance issues and complete work orders promptly.
