As an Entry-Level Legal Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals across multiple legal practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, REO, evictions, and title curative work.
Requirements
- Eager to learn and excited to grow in the legal profession
- Professional and personable — representing the firm with confidence and positivity
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and case files
- Managing high-volume caseloads with precision and timeliness
- Communicating with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Maintaining internal databases and case tracking systems
- Assisting in administrative and case management support tasks
