No experience needed and entry into the lab and environmental field, as a Lab Assistant (Dishwasher), you’ll clean and stage glassware to GLP methods, keep wash and storage areas tidy and well‑stocked, and lend a hand with routine sample transport and documentation. You’ll work with a collaborative team, learn standard lab practices, and help ensure our customers receive accurate, on‑time results—every day. Dishwasher's provide support to the Lab Technicians within the department so they can focus on continued extraction of samples in order to meet client turn-around-time and holding times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
May require a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; picks up, transports and delivers glassware to required location(s) keeping wash and storage area clean and organized.
Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; receives guidance and direction or escalates when required.
May pick up, transports and delivers samples, documents, materials and other items as needed.
Assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents, databases, and related materials and information for sample pick up, transport and delivery.
Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
