About The Position

As a PMF Broker, you will work directly with business owners, helping them access capital that can change the trajectory of their business. You will be on the front lines of the business, building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals. If you have no sales experience, you will have the opportunity to join a free two-week training program starting March 9th. During this training, you will learn a proven system designed to help you succeed. You will set earning goals early and begin building the skills needed to perform at a high level. This is a performance-driven environment. Your results directly impact your income and your advancement. Our office is located in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of Grand Central. You will be surrounded by driven, competitive individuals who are building careers and pushing each other to improve. This opportunity is for a competitive, coachable individual who is dissatisfied with their current situation, wants to increase their income, and is willing to take ownership in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where results determine success. What matters is your mindset, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn. This is not an easy path, but it is a rewarding one for those who commit. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. This is an independent contractor position, not an employment opportunity. You will earn between 20% and 40% commission on every deal you close. We believe in setting clear expectations so you understand what success looks like. Most new brokers generate around $2,500 within their first month. Within the first 60 days, consistent performers typically earn between $3,000 and $6,000 per month. Top performers who commit to the system and stay consistent regularly earn between $8,000 and $10,000 or more per month. This role rewards discipline, effort, and consistency. The more you invest into your development, the greater your earning potential becomes.
