  • Assist walk-in customers and conduct marketing calls and visits to promote products outside of the office.
  • Monitor key competitors in the local market and suggest initiatives to improve Direct Auto's market position.
  • Responsible for sales administration and reporting activities.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop customer relationships.
  • Experience or willingness to develop relationships and market products within community organizations.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Highly motivated to market and sell in a multi-product environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Property/Casualty license preferred but not required; ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire.
  • High level of initiative, drive, and openness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry.
