About The Position
We’re hiring an Entry-level Inside Sales Assistant for our Manvel, TX. area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Entry-Level Inside Sales Assistant Location: Manvel, TX Pay: $16/hr.-$18/hr. Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Provide administrative support to the inside sales team; heavy data entry of sales orders, quotes and proposals; Maintain and update customer records; Provide customer service via phone and email; Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of office experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn QuickBooks required
- Bilingual is a plus
