About The Position

Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is Hiring Entry-Level HVAC Technicians! We are looking for hardworking individuals eager to begin their HVAC careers and join our growing team. No prior experience is necessary – we are excited to provide full training for the right candidates! As an entry-level HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to customers’ homes to assist with identifying issues, performing repairs, and installing HVAC systems under the guidance of our experienced team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• No experience necessary – we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Cleaning and adjusting HVAC systems, including performing warranty services
• Performing routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Following service standards and work instructions to meet customer requirements
• Keeping accurate records and inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies
• Participating in ongoing technical training to develop skills and knowledge
