Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excited to learn about event coordination, field marketing, and brand promotion
• 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience needed — full paid training included

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
• Coordinate logistics including vendors, equipment, and guest check-in
• Engage attendees to deliver a positive and memorable event experience
• Manage event signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance tracking, and reporting
• Represent partner brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Provide feedback in post-event debriefs to improve future campaigns
