Requirements

- Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
- Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on event day.
- Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) for seamless event execution.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate event elements.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement from clients, attendees, and team members.
- Compile post-event reports and insights to assess the success of each event.
