About The Position

We’re hiring a high-energy Event Assistant to help deliver unforgettable live events and engaging brand experiences in your community! This entry-level role is perfect if you’re starting your career or looking to break into event marketing and promotions . Paid training provided—no prior experience required!

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, proactive, and team-focused
• Excited to learn about event coordination , field marketing , and brand promotion
• 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No experience needed—full paid training included

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
• Coordinate logistics: vendors, equipment, and guest check-in
• Engage attendees and ensure a positive event experience
• Manage event signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Support administrative tasks: data entry, attendance tracking, and reporting
• Represent partner brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Provide feedback in post-event debriefs to improve future campaigns
